- Do not ride through water deeper than 30 cm.
- Do not attempt to remove the battery or electrical cables yourself.
- If any issues occur, contact the rental provider or service center immediately.
- Motorcycles are motorized vehicles and may experience unexpected malfunctions despite proper maintenance. Please ride with caution.
- Always wear a certified helmet and strictly follow Vietnamese traffic laws.
- The vehicle’s engine is covered by warranty. Other issues will be handled according to our TERMS OF USE – please read them carefully.
1. Starting the Bike
- Insert the key and turn it to ON.
- Check the battery level and the main display screen.
- Fold up the kickstand.
- Press the Mode button to select a riding mode (We recommend starting with Eco mode for safer riding).
- Hold one of the brake levers and press the P button to activate the motor.
- Gently twist the throttle to begin moving.
2. Riding Modes
- Eco: Use this mode on flat roads or in the city. It helps save battery power, allowing you to travel a longer distance.
- Sport: Only use this mode when you need to climb steep hills or are carrying a heavy load. Once you’ve passed the obstacle, switch back to Eco mode to conserve battery.
3. Safe Riding
- Always wear a helmet and fasten the strap properly.
- Maintain a safe and reasonable speed (e.g., 30–40 km/h in city traffic).
- Follow all traffic rules and stay in your correct lane.
- Do not carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed for.
- Maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you.
- Use both brakes (front + rear) together for safe and effective stopping.
- When going downhill: release the throttle, apply the brakes gently, and avoid sudden braking.
- Do not use your phone while operating the scooter.
4. Charging
- The charging port is located under the seat. A full charge takes approximately 6–8 hours.
- You should charge the battery as soon as possible while riding & battery indicator reach 58V or 30%.
- You can charge for free at our office location The Sapphire Residence (S1 Block)
- Charging may also be possible at cafés, restaurants, or hotels—just ask the security guard or reception staff (a small TIP may help you get better support).
- Do not charge in the rain or in wet/damp places.
5. Support & Assistance
- Free support or charging: Bring the vehicle to The Sapphire Residence (S1 Block).
- On-road assistance (fees apply):
- Hòn Gai & Bãi Cháy ( Beach – Bãi Cháy bridge): 96,000 VND/vehicle/case
- Outside these areas: Fee = GrabCar fare (pickup → rescue point)
- Night hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): 198,000 VND/vehicle/case
- Running out of fuel/ battery: 200,000 VND/vehicle/case (fuel not included)
- Minimum waiting time: 30 minutes (longer during peak hours)
- In all cases, support will follow our TERMS OF USE.
6. Vehicle Return

- 💰 Deposit Refund: In cash or via bank transfer.
🚚 Vehicle Delivery Service
We provide door-to-door vehicle delivery within the central area starting from 60,000 VND per vehicle.
Please note: Fees may increase during peak hours, outside office hours, or in bad weather conditions.
📲 To ensure smooth service and avoid waiting time, kindly notify us at least 30 minutes in advance via phone call or message (Messenger / Zalo / WhatsApp) with your desired delivery time and location.
